With over 15 years experience in patent prosecution and litigation Mr. Chan provides competent and efficient assistance with every aspect of U.S. and international patent prosecution.
Mr. Chan helps clients protect their world-wide intellectual property assets. He has handled matters involving various technologies in many industries, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, bio-technologies, electronics, computer hardware and software, medical devices, mechanical devices, and many others.
Mr. Chan’s prior experience includes the Intellectual Property groups of Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman, White & Case, and Davidson Davidson & Kappel.
